i usually dont make comments but i can understand why the he/she pushes all in right there: The chip leader got pushed around before, now he raises (it could mean he wants to show some strength), we can assume that he doesnt want to risk too many chips but wants to wins the hand before the flop so if the he/she pushes theres a lot of hands hes gonna fold... but we can also see it the other way, because he laid hands before maybe he wants to go all the way with a hand hes willing to raise with.
