to be honist its rather easy (then aggain ive been swiming for like 9 years now) but i started of by doing fround tumbles (in the middle of the pool) and i then did a frount tumble but halfway through it i opend up (like you where going to push off) and i then did it from the wall and once i got good at the i did it with a swim up and its now like second nature to me! but its easy to get the hang of it dude!

i had trouble with flip turns too.
whenyour doing flip turns make sure to put your arms in streamline potion.
them place your feet and push off.

Took me about 2 hours to figure out how to do a flipturn, at first I didn't pull my hands by my side, so it made me flip to the side and hit my head on the wall lol.

nice, i think you did really great for a beginner!!, the only advice i have for you is tuck your chin into your chest, and flip a little farther away from the wall, like an arms lenth
