It's an amalgamation (sp?) of watching videos and thinking, "I know how they do that" and using the effects and creating my own method, so inspiration really.
Also I have a nice growing library of books (a great way to learn) and a few dvd's.
Oh and solid practice, it's not perfect but I am quite pleased with the outcome.
