A/J suited, good lay down there marty. so many cards can beat A/J. for example: A/A, A/K, A/Q, or any other pair. a lot of people over play A/J, really not a strong hand. if you can see a flop for free, then all means play A/J.

and for those who say suited cards are more likely to win... thats where your wrong. the difference of winning a hand with suited cards is only 3% more than off-suit cards.

i agree with alleandro... a,j suited isn't even necessarily a big hand 8-10 handed. limp there, if he makes a raise it probably wont be much maybe just call the raise and see what the flop is. play from there after that. maybe even a fold pre flop with a raise and a caller or two seeing how a,j really isn't that strong
