of course weight-loss bets have to be made with a certain goal ie to lose 60lbs but at the same time getting fit is best done i think with not a specific numerical goal in mind in terms of weight, but rather just a healthy change in lifestyle. regardless of how healthy someone is, everyone is different and their weight is inherently different. that is to say, mike's healthy weight may be less than 60 lbs lighter than his previous self. just eat healthy and exercise well.

Wow he looks soo different, and im not talkin about his weight, his eyes look weird and just the way he acts is kinda weird, usually mike is very happy-go-lucky and in the newer videos of him, he just doesnt look the same.
