wat r u talkin about bad call. he is the short stack. he flops a flush draw so about 38% to get it. he probably put moneymaker on an ace but he figured ok ace n decent kicker only so if he went all in it wasnt like he was gona call. it was just bad luck that he had both of them of hearts.

Um, Johnny called, he didn't go all in. So he's putting his tourney life on 38% odds, and he can't even be sure that the odds are that good. Johnny was frustrated and made a bad move. If you guys want to criticize Chris for the hands against Ivey and Brenes, then you've got to criticize Chan here, or you're a hypocrite.

Moneymaker is already a world champion. There is no point in him concentrating and playing hard to win a tournament. His picture is already on the wall with the greats: Phil Hellmuth, Johnny Chen and Doyle Brunson.

Not necessarily true... Brunson, Chan, Mortenson, Ferguson, Raymer, Hachem, Nguyen, Ungar, Hellmuth are all amongst WSOP main event winners... They are all great poker players and all at least somewhat gained fame from it.
I can really only think of Jamie Gold and Chris Moneymaker as highly overrated.

lol where did you get 38% dude. a flush draw plus gutshot is about 45%. he probably put moneymaker on an ace so he figured it's a 45-55. almost a race. however he didin't know moneymaker had the nutflush draw and was really a 16%. lol where did you get 38%
