Well, "Diamond"(used as an adjective) is an East End expression for "excellent" or the asserion that something, or someone, is of good quality. Usually applied to a person, to denote that they are of good character: "He's a diamond geezer." "Bint" on the other hand is less complementary. It's a term applied only to women, and often used to assert that they are promiscuous and/or dislikable. Syn. "Bitch", "whore", "wench", "tart", "slapper" etc. You get the idea, yeah?
